I had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin recently and couldn't be happier! I had purchased a property in 2018 for around 630k, and my closing was in September of 2024. My appraisal with another lender cane in at 485k which left me in a very large deficit and the mortgage broker at the time could not get NY deal done. Luckily for me my parents helped me with the deficit but I was 4 days away from closing with no mortgage in place. Kevin was able to get a lender on board that was able to close my deal and provide my mortgage within 48 hours. Not only did Kevin help me from losing my deposit in this condo but went above and beyond to assure my mortgage was handled immediately amd his professionalism was impeccable.
