Is there a cost to talk to you?
No. The first call is free, and for most standard bank mortgages there’s no cost to you because the lender pays the broker. Private and alternative files usually include lender and broker fees, which are always disclosed upfront.
What should I have ready for our call?
A rough idea of your goal, your income type, any current mortgage details and your timeline. You don’t need documents for the first conversation.
