My story

A broker for the files banks find difficult.

Kevin has been helping families, investors and business owners across the GTA secure the right mortgage since 2014. Working from his office on Matheson Boulevard in Mississauga, he arranges bank, alternative and private mortgages for clients across Ontario.

His practice focuses on the files other brokers often turn away: self-employed income, bruised credit, private and second mortgages, commercial real estate and multi-property portfolios. Private lending makes up the majority of his work, which means he knows which lenders will look at a deal, and how to present it so they say yes.

His approach is simple: run your real numbers, give you straight answers, and find the option that actually fits your life. If a private mortgage isn’t right for you, he’ll tell you, and show you what is.
